Principale Job Duties:
- Provide support and supervise the proper functioning of the technological equipment to ensure business continuity.
- Manage and Support Wired and wireless network.
- Manage incidents and service requests from users, ensuring a solution.
- Access management to technology resources
- Document the relevant details of incident or service requests
- Resolve incident or service requests if possible on first contact
- Escalate incident or service requests that can't be resolved in the agreed time.
- Keep users informed of the progress of their requests.
- Close All Resolved Incidents
- Notify users of impending changes or scheduled outages
- To be the first line of research and diagnosis IT issues
- Configuration and support for label printers, plotters, laser cutters, and specialized industry software
- Monitor and remotely support users outside of regular working hours at pre-established times.
- Windows Active Directory Management
- Support for virtual environments in Microsoft Azure
- Support for Microsoft 365 environment
Knowledge & Skills
Basic knowledge in:
Intermediate knowledge in:
- Cloud environments (Azure, AWS)
- Language: English
- Windows Servers
Advanced knowledge in:
- Configuration of routers, switches y firewalls
- Configuring and Managing Active Directory
- Computer Repair & Maintenance
- Installing and configuring antivirus and other security programs
- Installing operating systems and other programs
- Maintenance and configuration of label printers, plotters, cutters and other equipment that connect to the corporate data network.
- Installation and configuration of industry-specific software
- Install and support Microsoft 365 tools and programs.
Education & Certifications
- Computer Science Engineering or similar
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
