Sr Payroll Analyst

Goal

This position is accountable for the activities related to payroll. Responsible to present periodical analysis to the management team and in charge to provide support to the implementation of the payroll system to the different HR teams in the region.

 

Responsabilities

  • Guarantee the good management and Integrity of the Payroll information
  • Calculation of employee payroll (Weekly, Biweekly, Monthly, overtime, etc)
  • Calculation of employee benefits (Maternity, Income tax, terminations, incapacities, bonuses, etc) 
  • Keep the physical and digital documents in organized
  • Other duties assigned

 

 

Requirements

  • College Degree in Business Management Accounting
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years in similar positions

 

 

Knowledge and Skills

  • Prior Payroll experience
  • Fully bilingual English and  Spanish
  • Reporting skills (Excel, Power BI, etc.)
