This position is accountable for the activities related to payroll. Responsible to present periodical analysis to the management team and in charge to provide support to the implementation of the payroll system to the different HR teams in the region.
Responsabilities
Guarantee the good management and Integrity of the Payroll information
Calculation of employee payroll (Weekly, Biweekly, Monthly, overtime, etc)
Calculation of employee benefits (Maternity, Income tax, terminations, incapacities, bonuses, etc)
Keep the physical and digital documents in organized
