Goal of the Position

This position is responsible for coordinating the product movement of raw material’s destined to any of the Tegra Global manufacturing facilities in Honduras.
 

Responsabilities

• Responsible for the advance load planning forecasting across two production facilities within the company.
• In charge to generate the booking with carriers to meet the production ready date.
• Follow up and during the shipment process, including quick response to inquiries and problem resolution.
• Generate KPIs for existing carriers to ensure that costs are competitive and service requirements are being met.
• Creates and issues shipping forecasts to carriers based on internal customer demand.
• Responsible to generate core carrier reviews to assess performance and discuss corrective actions.
• Responsible to generate in transit daily reports to different internal clients.
• Generate monthly reports from internal ERP system to facilitate continuous improvement efforts.
• Create and implement carrier scorecards on monthly basis.
• Collection of daily transport data
• Keep Updated Logistics information in Internal Systems
• Find new routes way to transport raw material when its needed.
• Schedule empty container release from carrier.
• Inform any delays news about incoming shipments.
• Provide Ideas to Improve the systems or process.
   

Education Level and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in statistics, supply chain, engineering, or business
• 2+ yrs logistics management experience.
• Bilingual Spanish and English required
